Does Pythia decide who I hire?+
No. It's one input among others. You decide.
Can it really predict who will quit?+
No tool can predict that for certain. People leave for many reasons: pay, schedule, their manager, life. What Pythia shows is how well someone's personality fits the job you're offering, which research links to how long people stay.
What happens if I need more than 10 interviews in a month?+
You can buy extra interviews as you need them, at $5 each. Your 10 included interviews reset at the start of each billing month.
Where is my data stored?+
In Canada. Profiles and transcripts are stored on Canadian servers, and in-person interviews are processed by a Canadian provider.
